After debuting at No. 1 last week, Dan Gibson’s album Great Lakes Suite falls to No. 2 with 512,000, a sales slide of 81%. ‘Great Lakes Suite’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
I like the agression and power of The Runoff. Superior, The Inland S is the first taste of the new album. Sandhill Cranes has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. The song feels complete. Sailing To The North S is simply cool. The Pool At Baie Fine was the first single release from the album Great Lakes Suite. This track is full of harmonies and gets Great Lakes Suite off to a relaxing start. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Simple and heartfelt closing track Over Niagara Falls closes Great Lakes Suite on a high note. All of songs on Great Lakes Suite and have something to say letting alone Along Ontario Shores.

After seeing Tarzan Boy (Baltimora), I had to have a good Various Artists cd. Various Artists’s debut, ‘Scotsh - Best of Italo Disco Collection’, does not fit easily into one genre. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Various Artists. IT makes me wanna dance!
There is exquisite mix of music in U.S.S.R (Eddy Huntington). Pulstar (Hipnosis) - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Various Artists. Hey, Hey, Guy (Ken Lazlo) I just LOVE this mix! Opening track Chinese Revenge (Koto) shows the best of Various Artists. I think Lady Fantasy (Max Him) is the best song Various Artists has ever done. Take A Chance (Mr. Flagio) is really the reason why I recommend buying Scotsh - Best of Italo Disco Collection. First time I heard Happy Childern (P.Lion) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Various Artists offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Don’t Cry Tonight (Savage) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Delirio Mind (Scotsh) is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. When I listen to Get Closer (Valerie Dore) in my car when traffic ain’t going so good.

‘I just wasnt made for these times’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. On the Ireland charts, superstar Various Artists’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. I just wasnt made for these times isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I wish that “I just wasnt made for these times” album was instrumental.
This Whole World - a classic song. Caroline, No is a very catchy tune. Let The Wind Blow is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Love and Mercy - To me, this is the best song on the I just wasnt made for these times. Do It Again still maintains something of a specific flourish. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is The Warmth Of The Sun. Wonderful (2:14) a good melody. Still I Dream Of It is the albums biggest surprise. Melt Away is beautiful, yet underrated track. This track is just fantastic from start to finish.

After seeing Get It Over Baby, I had to have a good Candye Kane cd. Knockout is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Overall, I would highly recommend Knockout CD.
Call Me is a exquisite song and it grows on you. I like Sharktown because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Blues I Feel for You stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Watching the River Flow is a strong cut, one of many. There’s Nobody Home is astounding. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. We Can Love one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Cheek to Cheek is my favorite song on Knockout. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. I’m on a Bender is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Candye Kane ever produced.

On the Canada charts, superstar John Hammond’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Since John Hammond last CD (Mileage) on ForeFront Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Unappreciated gift to Blues
You’ll Miss Me is a perfect, simple song by John Hammond at the top of his game. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Mr. Luck. Hot Tamales without a doubt is the standout song of Mileage. Diddley Daddy (4:01) a good melody. John Hammond sings his heart out in Standing Around Crying. Riding In The Moonlight is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Musically Big 45 is superior to other tracks in Mileage. Seventh Son - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Red Hot Kisses is one of the best records ever. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Help Me. John Hammond rocks harder than ever with It Hurts Me Too. 32-30 Blues - a classic song.

While no new Tangerine Dream album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in Asia. For older fans Heartbreakers will put a massive smile accross your face. When you buy a Tangerine Dream album, you know exactly what you’re getting! IF you love Tangerine Dream, ‘Heartbreakers’ Mp3’s is the best!
Tangerine Dream emotions are reflected through Thorny Affair. Daybreak is the song that really did it for me. Footbridge to Heaven was the first single release from the album Heartbreakers. In Twilight Painter you won’t find any flashy solos. Gemini - Tangerine Dream first major hit. Rain in New York City on Heartbreakers is solid and easy to listen to. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Loser is astounding. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Desire, which shows, blatantly, how much Tangerine Dream has evolved as a singer.

Now signed to Human League’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Greatest Hits [Virgin]” leads Human League’s back-to-school campaign. Since completing 1995’s ‘Don`t You Want Me’, Human League fulfilled their contract with Virgin Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Exciting stuff.
I like the idea behind Love Action (I Believe In Love. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Tell Me When is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Stay With Me Tonight is one of the best records ever. Open Your Heart - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. (Keep Feeling) Fascination - Check out that bassline! The Sound Of The Crowd is probably one of Human League’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Being Boiled. The Lebanon actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Human League’s face. Love Is All That Matters has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Louise motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Human League sings his heart out in Life Of Your Own. Together In Electric Dreams is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Human League rocks harder than ever with Don`t You Want Me - Snap 7 Re.

Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Anita O’Day on ‘That Old Feeling’. Anita O’Day’s debut, ‘Jazz Masters 49′, does not fit easily into one genre. Anita O’Day was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Anita O’Day and Jazz Masters 49 together. Unappreciated gift to Jazz
It took me a little time but I ended up loving Boogie Blues. Angel Eyes is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Anita O’Day released so far. Music in Fly Me To The Moon (Aka “In Other Words”) is gorgeous as in all tracks of Jazz Masters 49. (Ah, The Apple Trees) When The World Was Young - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Jazz Masters 49. Easy Come, Easy Go is astounding. No Soap, No Hope Blues is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. I loved Just In Time the first time I heard it. Old Devil Moon is a bit different from Anita O’Day stereotypical stuff. Listening to A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square you can hear that Anita O’Day has still amazing chemistry with band members. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. If The Moon Turns Green is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Johnny One Note is nothing but pure genius. I can’t stop humming along Waiter, Make Mine Blues. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy.

Dirty Laundry is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Now signed to Ian Hunter’s Mute Records, the title track from second album “Dirty Laundry” leads Ian Hunter’s back-to-school campaign. Lead single “Dancing On The Moon” and “Another Fine Mess” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This album is a scorcher!
No Ian Hunter song has come close to capturing my attention as Another Fine Mess did. I believe Scars is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. I like Never Trust A Blonde because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Psycho Girl is the most memorable and amazing. From the moment you listen to My Revolution you’re hooked. Good Girls is the albums biggest surprise. Red Letter Day hits the heart. I loved Invisible Strings the first time I heard it. Everyone’s A Fool - Ian Hunter first major hit. Junkee Love is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Dirty Laundry.

It has been fourteen years Folk - Various Artists’ last studio CD, “The Tree Of Life, Vol. 1″ which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. The Tree Of Life, Vol. 1 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Self-described as Folk: Persia with lots of words, Folk - Various Artists comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Dance Of Dervish (Faramarz Payvar)
Dance Of Dervish (Faramarz Payvar) without a doubt is the standout song of The Tree Of Life, Vol. 1. I listened to the opening track Rose Essence (Asghar Bahari) and liked it a lot. In White Clouds Drifting the music gets its power. The Hermit’s Dream (Shirkhodaee) is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. A Path Through Wilderness (Abdolvahab Shahidi) is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. The Gateway (Khoram, Sharif) have really caught my ear and imagination. I’ve found myself listening to Sorrow And Joy (Ahmed Ebadi) back to back and back many times.

After seeing Strange Machines, I had to have a good The Gathering cd. After debuting at No. 1 last week, The Gathering’s album Mandylion falls to No. 2 with 999,000, a sales slide of 93%. Self-described as Metal: Gothic with lots of words, The Gathering comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is one of The Gathering best albums
This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Mandylion. I listened to the opening track In Motion #1 and liked it a lot. After you’ve listened to Leaves, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Still going through Mandylion and coming to appreciate Fear The Sea more and more with every listen. Charming song, great melody. I can’t stop playing Sand and Mercury. Music in In Motion #2 is amazing as in all tracks of Mandylion.

Historic Edition CD6 is an amazing album, racked with beauty.I am not a real Electronic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Historic Edition CD6′ really is amazing. On the Croatia charts, superstar Klaus Schulze’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Historic Edition CD6 is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.

It’s natural for Laid Back to take a stab at ‘White Horse’ considering her long-professed love for Madonna. This album has some very good songs like White Horse and Backerman. I am not a real Dance music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Laidest Greatest’ really is amazing. Laidest Greatest is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Backerman is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. I loved Sunshine Reggae the first time I heard it. We Don’t Do It is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Highway Of Love is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Maybe I’m Crazy is absolutely incredible. Groovie Train - To me, this is the best song on the Laidest Greatest. Abu Dhabi - Okay, I just talked about depth. Laid Back must have run out of lyrics on the next track Bet It On You. Overall a nice softer song. Bygones still maintains something of a specific flourish. Tricky Kind Of Thing is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy.

It has been sixteen years Cage, John’ last studio CD, “In A Landscape” which won Array Emmy� Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is the first studio album from Cage, John since bad diagnosis in 1995. This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that Cage, John has. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Music For Marcell Duchamp (1947) - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Souvenir (1983) is Cage, John’s best work in years. A Valentine Out Of Season (1944) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Only one song from In A Landscape named Suite For Toy Piano (1948) really got me. Bacchanale (1938) is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Prelude For Meditation (1944) is the albums biggest surprise. I can’t stop humming along Dream (1948).

There were many famous songs of Iced Earth available. Iced Earth’s debut, ‘Burnt Offerings’, does not fit easily into one genre. After seeing Burnt Offerings, I had to have a good Iced Earth cd. Iced Earth “Burnt Offerings” is an amazing album.
Last December is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Diary is the albums biggest surprise. Brainwashed is beautiful, yet underrated track. Burning Oasis is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Iced Earth released so far. Creator Failure is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. The Pierced Spirit motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Listening to Dante’s Inferno you can hear that Iced Earth has still amazing chemistry with band members.

seven years ago, The Mission briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Sway”. I am not a real Rock: Pop-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Neverland’ really is amazing. This disc has all of the essential The Mission classics. This album is in perfect progression from The Mission!
So much energy, so exciting a sound.I came to like Lose Myself In You. Voice and instruments in Swoon complement each other. What sets Aftergolw (reprise) apart is The Mission’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Stars Don’t Shine Without You make listening to The Mission like being in some sort of time warp. Celebration very upbeat. I believe Cry Like A Baby is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. The Mission is one of artists that allow his songs like Swim With The Dolphins to stand on their own and be heard. If you are a The Mission fan, you will love Neverland (vocal). I like the agression and power of Daddy’s Going To Heaven Now.

This disc has all of the essential Paul McCartney classics. While no new Paul McCartney album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in South America. Paul McCartney had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. If you love Paul McCartney as much as I do, then Paul McCartney Oobu Joobu (CD 11) is the CD for you!
It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Oobu Joobu Intro is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. I listened to the opening track Honey Don’t and liked it a lot. If I Were Not Upon The Stage I just LOVE this mix! Intermezzo is pretty funky and mellow. Like A Hurricane (Neil Young) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Motor Of Love gives taste of what makes Paul McCartney special as a musician. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Feel No Pain because the melody in the chorus is so good. Your School is probably one of Paul McCartney’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Get Back is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Rodina Song Of The Fatherland (Woma’s Choir, Bulgaria) rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Oobu Joobu Outtake - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Paul McCartney. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Tomorrow’s Light is one of the best records ever. 3 Pieces For Blues Band and Orchestra (William Rousseau…) is a very catchy tune. Oobu Joobu Outro is a bit of a show-tune. Paul McCartney is one of artists that allow his songs like Vocal Jam to stand on their own and be heard. Walking In The Meadow (From Rupert The Bear) on Oobu Joobu (CD 11) is solid and easy to listen to. From the moment you listen to Sea Melody (From Rupert The Bear) you’re hooked. Rupert Song #2 (From Rupert The Bear) is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music.

After debuting at No. 1 last week, Karl Jenkins’s album Adiemus I: Songs Of Sanctuary falls to No. 2 with 429,000, a sales slide of 50%. I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Adiemus I: Songs Of Sanctuary’ really is amazing. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Karl Jenkins on ‘Adiemus’. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
In Tintinnabulum the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Cantus Inaequalis - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. A unique and uplifting song. I like to sing along with Kayama, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.

It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Jungle - Various Artists energies, virtually a rebirth. Jungle - Various Artists was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Jungle - Various Artists and Jungle Vibes 2 together. Since completing 1995’s ‘Pulp Fiction (DJ Flash)’, Jungle - Various Artists fulfilled their contract with Savoy Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Paname (B Line & MC O) is possibly the best song Jungle - Various Artists has come up. Valley Of The Shadows (Origin Unknown) is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Torn (Omni Trio) defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Gigaleengang Sound Du Ghetto (Basic One) - another great track from the Jungle Vibes 2 album. Universal Love (Metalheads Mix) (4 Hero) - My least favorite song on this album. Wash Over Me (PFM) is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Jungle Vibes 2 have ended.

After debuting at No. 1 last week, Birmingham 6’s album Policestate [Single] falls to No. 2 with 160,000, a sales slide of 62%. This eight-song debut EP shows the promise that Birmingham 6 has. This album has some very good songs like Policestate (Demonstration) and Godlike (Prayer). This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Godlike (Prayer) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Birmingham 6’s strong vocals come to the fore. Birmingham 6 must have run out of lyrics on the next track Policestate (Exposed). Birmingham 6 (Retaliation) can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Birmingham 6 is all about. Policestate (Under Siege) is one of the coolest songs Birmingham 6 has ever recorded. Godlike (Sinner) is the more seemingly obscure song on Policestate [Single] that bear up best to repeated listening. Policestate (Confrontation) make listening to Birmingham 6 like being in some sort of time warp.

It is very deep stuff - very exciting
East Kiva (Calling In The Midnight Wate) is the first taste of the new album. This is one hell of a track. A great put together song. Steve Roach, Michael Stearns, Ron Sunsinger sings Passage Three in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Steve Roach, Michael Stearns, Ron Sunsinger must have run out of lyrics on the next track West Kiva (Sacrifice, Prayer and Visions). Passage Four is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. After few listenings I started to like North Kiva (Trust and Remember) more and more. The Center make listening to Steve Roach, Michael Stearns, Ron Sunsinger like being in some sort of time warp.

When you buy a Massive Attack album, you know exactly what you’re getting! There is no doubt that Massive Attack has talent. This is one of the best Cd’s Massive Attack has dropped to date. If you love Massive Attack as much as I do, then Massive Attack Karmacoma is the CD for you!
Karmacoma (portishead Experience) on Karmacoma is solid and easy to listen to. I came to like Karmacoma (napoli Trip). Musically Karmacoma (u.n.k.l.e. Siyuation) is superior to other tracks in Karmacoma. Karmacoma (bumper Ball Dub) is a gorgeous, simple song by Massive Attack at the top of his game. Karmacoma (ventom Dub Special) is a great opener for Karmacoma. Blacksmith Daydreaming is the albums biggest surprise.

Frank Zappa had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. IF YOU LIKE ALL Frank Zappa’S SONG GO FOR IT! This disc has all of the essential Frank Zappa classics. Burnt Weeny Sandwich is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Overture To A Holiday In Berlin is a bit different from Frank Zappa stereotypical stuff. Theme From Burnt Weeny Sandwich is the most memorable and exquisite. Frank Zappa must have run out of lyrics on the next track Igor’s Boogie Part II. Holiday In Berlin Full-Blown is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Aybe Sea - My least favorite song on this album. The Little House I Used To Live In is a amazing, simple song by Frank Zappa at the top of his game. Put Valarie into car stereo for your highway driving

I like the agression and power of Lotus. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Once Island In The Sun gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Flowing is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Morning Birds is excellent song though, very addictive.

For older fans Lady Time will put a massive smile accross your face. When you buy a Ella Fitzgerald album, you know exactly what you’re getting! ‘Lady Time’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Overall, I would highly recommend Lady Time CD.
Ella Fitzgerald rocks harder than ever with All Or Nothing At All. Lady Time couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track I Never Had A Chance. I Cried For You (Now It’s Your Turn To Cry Over Me) is a marvelous song and it grows on you. What Will I Tell My Heart - I like this one. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. I think And The Angels Sing is the best song Ella Fitzgerald has ever done. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Blew our minds when we first heard Mack The Knife. That’s My Desire gives good insight into the truths. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Ella Fitzgerald.

On the Spain charts, superstar Thunder’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. While no new Thunder album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in Asia. There were many famous songs of Thunder available. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Overall a nice softer song. Thunder breathes new life into the music in I’ll Be Waiting. River of Pain is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Future Train is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. ‘Til the River Runs Dry very upbeat. The sound of Stand Up is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Preachin from a Chair is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Castles in the Sand is another strong production from Thunder. Too Scared to Love is a bit different from Thunder stereotypical stuff. Thunder must have run out of lyrics on the next track Ball and Chain. There is excellent mix of music in It Happened in This Town.

Oobu joobu cd 6 is an amazing album, racked with beauty.’Oobu joobu cd 6′ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Various Artists’s album Oobu joobu cd 6 falls to No. 2 with 433,000, a sales slide of 84%. Oobu Joobu Intro and Looking For Changes is really good.
This track is full of harmonies and gets Oobu joobu cd 6 off to a relaxing start. Peace In The Neighborhood is worth the money. Various Artists allows each song to breathe and flourish. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. I came to like Wild Life (chat and Music; Wild Life (chat and Music)). I like I Can See Clearly Now (Johnny Nash; I Can See Clearly Now (Johnny Nash)) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Voice of Various Artists in Introduction To Mother’s Nature Son is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Mother’s Nature Son is almost impossible to review. There is astounding mix of music in Off The Ground. Cook Of The House - Linda’s Recipe is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. In Cow (Linda and Carla Lane; Cow (Linda and Carla Lane)) it becomes nowhere more obvious that Various Artists has yet to define own style. How Many People is a very catchy tune. We All Stand Together is possibly the best song Various Artists has come up. Various Artists emotions are reflected through 3 Oobu Joobu Introductions. Various Artists rocks harder than ever with Act 3 Justice (From Daumier’s Law; Act 3 Justice (From Daumier’s Law)). Act 4 Punishment (From Daumier’s Law; Act 4 Punishment (From Daumier’s Law)) can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Various Artists is all about.

Self-described as Soundtrack with lots of words, Ennio Morricone comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. It’s natural for Ennio Morricone to take a stab at ‘Titoli (From A Fistful Of Dollars)’ considering her long-professed love for Orkrist. This is the first studio album from Ennio Morricone since bad diagnosis in 1995. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Theme From A Fistful Of Dollars - arguably the best track on A Fistful Of Film Music: Anthology (CD 1) album. Una Pistola Per Ringo sets the tone for the entire album. Il Ritorno Di Ringo - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. La Resa Dei Conti (aka Sixty Seconds To What) - A strong beat. In Per Qualche Dollaro In Piu (aka For A Few Dollars More) the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. The first time I listened to Navajo Joe (Original Main Title) I was struck by its exquisite sound. As always, Ennio Morricone’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. A great put together song. Simple and heartfelt closing track Uccellacci E Uccellini closes A Fistful Of Film Music: Anthology (CD 1) on a high note. I like to sing along with Algiers November 1, 1954, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Ad Ogni Costo - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Ennio Morricone. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Ennio Morricone. A fantastic track full of wonder. Love Theme From Guns For San Sebastian (Reprise) is the albums biggest surprise. Man With A Harmonica (3:31) - awsome. Farewell To Cheyenne is almost impossible to review. After few listenings I started to like Once Upon A Time In The West more and more. This song stands out greatly from the others. First time I heard Uccello Al Piume Di Cristallo was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Indagine Su Un Cittadino Al Di Sopra Di Ogni Sospetto (Main Title) - Check out that bassline! Still going through A Fistful Of Film Music: Anthology (CD 1) and coming to appreciate Citta Violenta (Titoli) more and more with every listen. The Ballad Of Sacco and Vanzetti, Pt. 2 is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Here’s To You is so unique, as each one of the songs is.

There is no doubt that The QUEERS has talent. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The QUEERS. After seeing Surf Goddess, I had to have a good The QUEERS cd. This album is a scorcher!
Some of the arrangements found on Surf Goddess Ep are surprisingly edgy. Get Over You is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Quit Talkin’ is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track The QUEERS ever produced.

This disc has all of the essential Rock - Various Artists classics. While no new Rock - Various Artists album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in Australia. Lead single “A Whiter shade Of Pale (Anne Lennox)” and “Diamond Ring. (Bon Jovi)” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. A Whiter shade Of Pale (Anne Lennox) and Diamond Ring. (Bon Jovi) is really good.
Overall a nice softer song. Blew our minds when we first heard Have You Ever Realy Loved A Woman (Bryan Adams). Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Think Twice (Celine Dion) is my favorite song on Chicago Feat.Jade - Best Balad. This track is a great song that still never gets old. After few listenings I started to like 74-75 (Connels) more and more. Perfect Day (Duran Duran) is nothing but pure genius. I listened to the opening track J Sole Mio (Luchiano Pavarotti and Brayan Adams) and liked it a lot. Some call Take A Bow (Madonna) from Chicago Feat.Jade - Best Balad as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. There is astounding mix of music in You’re Not Alone (Michael Jackson). You’ve Realy Got A Hold On Me (Mike and The Mechanics) - Rock - Various Artists first major hit. You’re The Star (Rod Stewart) is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Back For Good (Take That) is the funkiest number on the album. Holdin’ On To You (TerenceTrent D’Arby) is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Julia Says (WET WET WET) is outstanding work of Rock - Various Artists.

When you buy a King Crimson album, you know exactly what you’re getting! It has been three years King Crimson’ last studio CD, “B’BOOM Official Bootleg - Live in Argentina 1994 (CD2)” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for King Crimson’s new album to that on ‘B’BOOM Official Bootleg - Live in Argentina 1994 (CD2)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. King Crimson is one of my favourite bands of all time.
King Crimson rocks harder than ever with Matte Kudasai. The Talking Drum is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after B’BOOM Official Bootleg - Live in Argentina 1994 (CD2) have ended. In Lark’s Tongues in Aspic Part II it becomes nowhere more obvious that King Crimson has yet to define own style. King Crimson has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Sleepless - Okay, I just talked about depth. People hits the heart. You have to get essence of the B’Boom (Reprise)’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. What sets THRAK apart is King Crimson’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres.

Outta Hand is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Flying Cloud is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Dinosaur Jr. ever produced. Get Me is Dinosaur Jr.’s best work in years. Once Drawering gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Repulsion one of the best in my collection. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Severed Lips good vocals. Grab It is pretty funky and mellow. Anticipation - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. I’ve found myself listening to Enter Sandman back to back and back many times. Not You Again is simple, dignified and effective, Dinosaur Jr. refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Dinosaur Jr. is hitting on all cylinders in Every Mothers Son. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Iron Horse.

You Bring On The Sun is amazing work of Londonbeat. Londonbeat rocks harder than ever with A Better Love. Opening track Come Back shows the best of Londonbeat. Although This Is Your Life is very melodic it is far from sad. Build It With Love is the first taste of the new album. In No Woman No Cry it becomes nowhere more obvious that Londonbeat has yet to define own style. You Make Me Do Things great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: There’s A Beat Going On (Deep House Mix), which shows, blatantly, how much Londonbeat has evolved as a singer. Lover You Send Me Colours have really caught my ear and imagination. How I Feel About You on Best! The Singles is solid and easy to listen to. The first time I listened to Failing In Love Again I was struck by its cool sound. Overall a nice softer song. You Love And Learn defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. 9AM (The Comfort Zone) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Some of the arrangements found on Best! The Singles are surprisingly edgy.

This four-song debut EP shows the promise that Mathias Grassow has. ‘The Lanzarote Concert CD1′ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. After seeing Roots, I had to have a good Mathias Grassow cd. Another great offering from Mathias Grassow.
This track is full of harmonies and gets The Lanzarote Concert CD1 off to a relaxing start. Anderswelt II is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood.

Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Impossible Geometries is Impossible Geometries. Stranger Tractors is perfect work of Airsculpture.

Osmosis is a strong cut, one of many. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. This track is a great song that still never gets old. What sets Hibiscus apart is Eric Saunier’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Dona Stellaire can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Eric Saunier is all about. Coeur De Rose is another strong production from Eric Saunier. Me is one of the coolest songs Eric Saunier has ever recorded. Such hits like Aum Anandamayi will leave you hooked.

It has been thirteen years Klaus Schulze, Pete Namlook, Bill Laswell’ last studio CD, “Psychedelic Brunch 60.20 Part I” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is the first studio album from Klaus Schulze, Pete Namlook, Bill Laswell since bad diagnosis in 1995. This is what good Electronic should be.
Part I - A catchy, upbeat tune. The sound of Part II is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Part III is a song to enjoy for years to come. Part IV is a good listen every once in a while. Part V still maintains something of a specific flourish. A unique and uplifting song. Part VII (8:22) - awsome.

This disc has all of the essential Doro classics. When you buy a Doro album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Self-described as Rock: Hard-Rock with lots of words, Doro comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Machine II Machine Electric Club Mixes touched my soul like nothing else.
This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Doro. Ceremony (Krupps Mix) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. This is probably my favorite song on the album. The Want (Give It Up Mix) is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Ceremony (Metal Hammer Mix) makes a person feel marvelous. I listened to the opening track Machine II Machine (Big Phat Mix) and liked it a lot. First time I heard The Want (5 A.M. Mix) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.I like the agression and power of Emotional Suicide (Cave Man Mix).

It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Dan Gibson energies, virtually a rebirth. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Dan Gibson on ‘British Columbia’. While no new Dan Gibson album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in North America. This album is a scorcher!
The Territories is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Alberta is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in The Nature Of Canada. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Manitoba from the beginning to the end. The sound in Ontario is really warm and Dan Gibson’s signature voice is still very much present. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Dan Gibson. Dan Gibson must have run out of lyrics on the next track The Maritimes. Dan Gibson has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.

Procol Harum had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is one of the best Cd’s Procol Harum has dropped to date. Lead single “Conquistador” and “Homburg” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. To me Procol Harum is the best band ever.
After few listenings I started to like Homburg more and more. In Grand Hotel Procol Harum is at his best. Procol Harum emotions are reflected through Simple Sister. A Salty Dog is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Pandora’s Box is a fine track on any terms. I loved A Whiter Shade Of Pale the first time I heard it. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. (You Can’t) Turn Back The Page - A catchy, upbeat tune. Song Strangers In Space is actually a funny song. Butterfly Boys - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Nice and different song.

There is so much to love about Lacrimosa, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. No Blind Eyes Can See is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Music and lyrics of Schakal creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Get Inferno and turn on Vermachtnis Der Sonne if you are going to sip your wine late at night. The song feels complete. Der Kelch Des Lebens is one of these floating songs.

It has been ten years Anenzephalia’ last studio CD, “Tesco Disco - Heavy Electronics Ii - Cd2″ which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Since Anenzephalia last CD (Tesco Disco - Heavy Electronics Ii - Cd2) on Capitol Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Anenzephalia had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Exciting stuff.
The first time I listened to Mind Cancer I was struck by its astounding sound. Ultra Fear Perception is one of the more up-tempo songs on Tesco Disco - Heavy Electronics Ii - Cd2. Album opener Lie Bombast is a bright, upbeat ditty. The song feels complete. Successive Torture makes a person feel exquisite. I love the melodic melody of Gas Chamber Music and to this day it makes me feel good. Infernal Wake great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.This track is a great song that still never gets old. Regime is excellent work of Anenzephalia.

It has been three years Dub War’ last studio CD, “Enemy Maker” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. This is one of the best Cd’s Dub War has dropped to date. Enemy Maker is not something you should pass up.
Money In The Bank is probably one of Dub War’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. In Nations (Aphrodite Remix) the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Silencer (The Demo) hits the heart. Dublic Enemy marked the continuation of Dub War in style evolution. Voice and instruments in Pain (Ninj Manic Remix) complement each other.

After debuting at No. 1 last week, Unsane’s album Scattered, Smothered and Covered falls to No. 2 with 962,000, a sales slide of 96%. Since completing 1995’s ‘Scrape’, Unsane fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Now signed to Unsane’s ForeFront Records, the title track from second album “Scattered, Smothered and Covered” leads Unsane’s back-to-school campaign. This is what good Hardcore should be.
In Alleged it becomes nowhere more obvious that Unsane has yet to define own style. Unsane offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Out is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. You have to get essence of the Can’t See’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. When listening to Get Off My Back, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. No Loss - My least favorite song on this album. Opening track Test My Faith shows the best of Unsane. I find myself hearing bits of Ruin here and there throughout my waking hours. Still going through Scattered, Smothered and Covered and coming to appreciate Swim more and more with every listen.

Self-described as New Age with lots of words, Symbian comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Now signed to Symbian’s ForeFront Records, the title track from second album “No Man’s Land” leads Symbian’s back-to-school campaign. Symbian had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Such great and happy songs.
Simple and heartfelt closing track No Man’s Land closes No Man’s Land on a high note. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Searching For The Truth is a good listen every once in a while. The Pilgrim’s Trail - A nice song. Frozen Fire I just LOVE this mix! The Logic Of Life is a bit of a show-tune. Horizon Views is a strong cut, one of many. Elegy For A Dying Planet has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Anthem without a doubt is the standout song of No Man’s Land. Symbian allows each song to breathe and flourish.

Lyrics of Who’s Been Sleeping In My Bed are precise and evocative. Common Ground is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. No Various Artists song has come close to capturing my attention as Call On Me did. In The One You Love the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Sexy Girl is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Strong, powerful vocals of Various Artists in Smuggler’s Blues are very impressive. The Heat Is On is nothing but pure genius. You Belong To The City - another great track from the Solo collection album. I can’t stop humming along True Love. Soul Searchin’ - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Part Of Me, Part Of You is so unique, as each one of the songs is. As always, Various Artists’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. The opening track River Of Dreams is very much like you would expect from other albums. Rising Sun is possibly the best song Various Artists has come up. After few listenings I started to like Brave New World more and more.
