Lead single “One In Five” and “Can’t Take It With You” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. On Come Again album, YOUTH BRIGADE have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Come Again is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Come Again.
I like Can’t Take It With You because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Overall a nice softer song. The sound in Lost In Nostalgia is really warm and YOUTH BRIGADE’s signature voice is still very much present. No Tears For You is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Keep It Simple make listening to YOUTH BRIGADE like being in some sort of time warp.
