Self-described as Metal with lots of words, Waltari comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Waltari energies, virtually a rebirth. This disc has all of the essential Waltari classics. Big Bang (Dream Avenue) and Atmosfear is really good.
The first time I listened to Atmosfear I was struck by its perfect sound. The sound of Follow Me Inside is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Sensitive Touch is probably one of Waltari’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with On My Ice. Showtime is a medium tempo tune. Color TV has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. I loved The Stage the first time I heard it. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. In Feel! Waltari is at his best. Waltari breathes new life into the music in Connection. Real One presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Big Bang. I like to sing along with Let’s Get Crucified, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Slow Thinking Street (7:10) - Oh, this is one of my favorites!
