A fantastic track full of wonder. This track is clearly meant to showcase Violent Femmes’s vocal abilities. A great put together song. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Hallowed Ground - Okay, I just talked about depth. Sweet Misery Blues is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Black Girls - another great track from the Hallowed Ground album. It’s Gonna Rain as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature.
