After seeing The Embrace In Motion, I had to have a good Vidna Obmana cd. seven years ago, Vidna Obmana briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Traditional Spirit (Glm Seni…)”. Traditional Spirit (Glm Seni…) hits the heart. Within the first few notes of Sanctuary Of Reply it’s perfectly clear that Vidna Obmana is living this song. Over Blue Mountains (6:10) a good melody. Primary (Gamelan 3) is pretty funky and mellow. Twilight Came is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Charm Mystique - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Vidna Obmana. Torch Of Remembrance is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Vidna Obmana ever produced. Shamanistic Return is excellent work of Vidna Obmana. By Abundant Rain is one of the best records ever.
