Various Artists is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Various Artists offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Hostage To Heaven very upbeat. Best song on the album, love it. Guilty Of Innocence actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Various Artists’s face. Innate Affliction is the funkiest number on the album. Once Colors Of Death gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Song Ostracized is actually a funny song. Cleanse The Seed is a striking and quite long song. Heretic War Chant is the song that really did it for me. Album opener Longest Hate is a bright, upbeat ditty. Voice and instruments in Dragging Me Down (bonus track; Dragging Me Down (bonus track)) complement each other.
