This -song debut EP shows the promise that Valeriy Obodzinskiy has. There is so much to love about Valeriy Obodzinskiy, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Valeriy Obodzinskiy was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Valeriy Obodzinskiy and Eti glaza naprotiv together. Overall, I would highly recommend Eti glaza naprotiv CD.
Belye kryl’ia without a doubt is the standout song of Eti glaza naprotiv. CHto-to sluchilos’ to me is the best you can get from Valeriy Obodzinskiy. Dlia tebia poiu - I like this one. Although Eti glaza naprotiv is very melodic it is far from sad. IA veriu - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. IA vozvrashaius’ domoy is one of the more up-tempo songs on Eti glaza naprotiv. Karnaval the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Eti glaza naprotiv is Listopad. In Mechtaetsia liudiam the music gets its power. A fantastic track full of wonder. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Spasibo tebe za liubov’ (4:12) a good melody. The first time I listened to Vechnaia vesna I was struck by its perfect sound. I find myself hearing bits of Vostochnaia pesnia here and there throughout my waking hours. Vse sbudetsia is a strong cut, one of many. Some of the arrangements found on Eti glaza naprotiv are surprisingly edgy.
