IF YOU LIKE ALL Trisha Yearwood’S SONG GO FOR IT! It has been ten years Trisha Yearwood’ last studio CD, “The Song Remembers When” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Since completing 1993’s ‘The Song Remembers When’, Trisha Yearwood fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. The Song Remembers When is the best essence of Trisha Yearwood.
Some of the arrangements found on The Song Remembers When are surprisingly edgy. I Don’t Fall In Love So Easy is a medium tempo tune. Hard Promises To Keep is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. The Nightingale is a marvelous song and it grows on you. If I Ain’t Got You on The Song Remembers When is solid and easy to listen to. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Here Comes Temptation which is my favorite is a truly Trisha Yearwood sounding song. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Song Remembers When is Lying To The Moon.
