On Leyendas Vol.2 album, Trio Los Panchos have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Leyendas Vol.2 is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Leyendas Vol.2 carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Trio Los Panchos has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Don’t judge Moliendo Cafe on the first listening. Alma Llanera is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Bajo Un Palmar is a very catchy tune. This song stands out greatly from the others. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Fina Estampa, which shows, blatantly, how much Trio Los Panchos has evolved as a singer. Alfonsia Y El Mar is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. I came to like Antioquena. I’ve found myself listening to Yolanda back to back and back many times. The first time I listened to Pajaro Campana I was struck by its perfect sound. Ojos Negros I just LOVE this mix! La Flor De La Canela is a strong cut, one of many. Camino Verde - arguably the best track on Leyendas Vol.2 album.
