There is so much to love about Total Chaos, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It has been fifteen years Total Chaos’ last studio CD, “Pledge of Defiance” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. There were many famous songs of Total Chaos available. Another great offering from Total Chaos.
In What’s Left For Us? you won’t find any flashy solos. Pledge of Defiance couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Fuck The System. Lives Are Squandered I just LOVE this mix! This is probably my favorite song on the album. Nightmares one is one of the better boring ones. Twisted Cross is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Riot City is simple, dignified and effective, Total Chaos refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Album opener Racial Rapture is a bright, upbeat ditty. Pledge Of Defiance is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Suicide Mission is probably one of Total Chaos’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Initial Distrust (2:37) a good melody. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Systems Downfall (The U.S.A. Is Dead).
