After seeing Pretty Good Year, I had to have a good Tori Amos cd. It’s natural for Tori Amos to take a stab at ‘Pretty Good Year’ considering her long-professed love for U2. There is no doubt that Tori Amos has talent. IT makes me wanna dance!
God (4:00) a good melody. Bells For Her - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Past The Mission is my favorite song on Under The Pink. I find myself hearing bits of Baker Baker here and there throughout my waking hours. The Wrong Band can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Tori Amos is all about. In The Waitress you won’t find any flashy solos. Cornflake Girl - My least favorite song on this album. In Icicle Tori Amos spins a tale you want to hear to the end. I now have Cloud On My Tongue as one of my personal favorites. I was truly moved when I heard Space Dog. Blew our minds when we first heard Yes, Anastasia.
