There is so much to love about Tony Levin, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. nine years ago, Tony Levin briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Track 02″. This album has some very good songs like Track 01 and Track 02. World Diary is not something you should pass up.
Track 02 is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after World Diary have ended. As always, Tony Levin’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Track 05 (3:13) - awsome. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Track 06. Track 07 is the albums biggest surprise. Track 08 gets you up and jumping. Track 09 marked the continuation of Tony Levin in style evolution. Track 10 is outstanding work of Tony Levin. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Track 11. Track 12 gives taste of what makes Tony Levin special as a musician. Charming song, great melody.
