The Who was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from The Who and The Who Sell Out together. There were many famous songs of The Who available. IF YOU LIKE ALL The Who’S SONG GO FOR IT! This album is in perfect progression from The Who!
Heinz Baked Beans is nothing but pure genius. Mary Anne With The Shaky Hand is the more seemingly obscure song on The Who Sell Out that bear up best to repeated listening. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Tattoo is a exquisite song and it grows on you. Our Love Was makes a person feel gorgeous. I Can See For Miles one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. I Can’t Reach You is the first taste of the new album. Medac - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Relax is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. This track is clearly meant to showcase The Who’s vocal abilities. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Listening to Rael 1 you can hear that The Who has still amazing chemistry with band members. Rael 2 one of the best in my collection. Glittering Girl is the albums biggest surprise. I love the melodic melody of Melancholia and to this day it makes me feel good. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. The Who sings his heart out in Jaguar. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of The Who. When I listen to Girl’s Eyes in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Such hits like Mary Anne With The Shaky Hand (Alternative Version…) will leave you hooked. Glow Girl very upbeat.
