Bun B. Hear has compared writing for The Moody Blues’s new album to that on ‘Time Traveller (CD 1)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. On the Norway charts, superstar The Moody Blues’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. While no new The Moody Blues album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1994 tour in Australia. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Love and Beauty is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Cities is another favourite of mine. Tuesday Afternoon is so unique, as each one of the songs is. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Ride My Seesaw - another great track from the Time Traveller (CD 1) album. In Legend Of A Mind The Moody Blues spins a tale you want to hear to the end. House Of Four Doors is really a nice song to relax and listen too. In Voices In The Sky full palet of sound is used by The Moody Blues to accentuate the presentation. This track is full of harmonies and gets Time Traveller (CD 1) off to a relaxing start. The song feels complete. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is In The Begining. Lovely To See You - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Dear Diary is a astounding song and it grows on you. All of songs on Time Traveller (CD 1) and have something to say letting alone Never Comes The Day. Are You Sitting one of the best in my collection. The Dream has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets The Moody Blues’s strong vocals come to the fore. Have You Heard Part 1 is simple, dignified and effective, The Moody Blues refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. The Voyage (3:12) - awsome. The Moody Blues rocks harder than ever with Have You Heard Part 2.
