seven years ago, The Mission briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Sway”. I am not a real Rock: Pop-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Neverland’ really is amazing. This disc has all of the essential The Mission classics. This album is in perfect progression from The Mission!
So much energy, so exciting a sound.I came to like Lose Myself In You. Voice and instruments in Swoon complement each other. What sets Aftergolw (reprise) apart is The Mission’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Stars Don’t Shine Without You make listening to The Mission like being in some sort of time warp. Celebration very upbeat. I believe Cry Like A Baby is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. The Mission is one of artists that allow his songs like Swim With The Dolphins to stand on their own and be heard. If you are a The Mission fan, you will love Neverland (vocal). I like the agression and power of Daddy’s Going To Heaven Now.
