It has been nine years The London Philharmonic Orchestra’ last studio CD, “Us and Them - Symphonic Pink Floyd” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. After seeing Time, I had to have a good The London Philharmonic Orchestra cd. Us and Them - Symphonic Pink Floyd isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This is one of The London Philharmonic Orchestra best albums
Brain Damage is a good listen every once in a while. Another Brick In the Wall (Part II) defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Comfortably Numb - I like this one. What sets Breathe apart is The London Philharmonic Orchestra’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Money (6:46) - awsome. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. The opening track Nobody Home is very much like you would expect from other albums. Us And Them is probably the most interesting track on Us and Them - Symphonic Pink Floyd. Time is a bit of a show-tune.
