Album opener Hubble is a bright, upbeat ditty. A great put together song. Thirteen is almost impossible to review. Skank still maintains something of a specific flourish. Vocals of The Higher Intelligence Agency in Tortoise really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Ting is possibly the best song The Higher Intelligence Agency has come up. The Higher Intelligence Agency has astounded me with this amazing track. U.h.i. has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. I loved Taz the first time I heard it.
