Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of The Hafler Trio on ‘Masturbatorium’. The Hafler Trio’s debut, ‘Masturbatorium’, does not fit easily into one genre. Since completing 1991’s ‘Masturbatorium’, The Hafler Trio fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
