I am not a real Country music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Eye of a Hurricane’ really is amazing. While no new The Flying Burrito Brothers album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1993 tour in Europe. This disc has all of the essential The Flying Burrito Brothers classics. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Like A Thief In The Night is possibly the best song The Flying Burrito Brothers has come up. Bayou Blues is a song to enjoy for years to come. Angry Words marked the continuation of The Flying Burrito Brothers in style evolution. The Flying Burrito Brothers has astounded me with this amazing track. When I listen to Heart Highway in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Opening track I Sent Your Saddle Home shows the best of The Flying Burrito Brothers. Jukebox Saturday Night - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. This is one hell of a track. Wild Wild West one of the best in my collection. Eye Of A Hurricane is absolutely incredible. I like Sunset Boulevard because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Smile - To me, this is the best song on the Eye of a Hurricane.
