After seeing Introduction By Young Tom, I had to have a good The Dandy Warhols cd. Self-described as Rock: Pop-Rock with lots of words, The Dandy Warhols comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of The Dandy Warhols on ‘Introduction By Young Tom’. Check it every song is worth the money for the Dandy’s Rule OK? CD!
The Dandy Warhols’ T.V. Theme Song is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Lyrics of Ride are precise and evocative. Best Friend is a medium tempo tune. After about the third Not Your Bottle listen through, I began to believe this song is The Dandy Warhols’s essence. (Tony, This Song Is Called) Lou Weed is really a nice song to relax and listen too. In Nothin’ To Do The Dandy Warhols spins a tale you want to hear to the end. I came to like The Coffee and Tea Wrecks. A great put together song. This is one hell of a track. Just Try is one of the best records ever. Nothing (Lifestyle Of A Tortured Artist For Sale) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Grunge Betty defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. It’s A Fast Driving Rave-Up With The Dandy Warhols Sixteen Minutes (Prelude) actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on The Dandy Warhols’s face. It’s A Fast Driving Rave-Up With The Dandy Warhols Sixteen Minutes is the funkiest number on the album. It’s A Fast Driving Rave-Up With The Dandy Warhols Sixteen Minutes (Finale) - This is a very lively song.
