It has been ten years Tabar, Hassan’ last studio CD, “Dastg h-e Seg h” which won Array Emmy� Awards and was nominated for album of the year. ‘Dastg h-e Seg h’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Since completing 1994’s ‘Pish Dar mad’, Tabar, Hassan fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Pish Dar mad and Dar mad is really good.
So much energy, so exciting a sound.When listening to Chah r-Mezr b, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Kereshmeh is outstanding work of Tabar, Hassan. Pish Dar mad-e Janj, Chah r-Mezr b, Pish Dar mad, Chah r-Mezr b has a fun tempo. Z bol Jomleh-e Rabti is one of my favorite songs by Tabar, Hassan. Mokh lef, Chah r-Mezr b, Masnavi-e MokhChah r-Mezr blef is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Dastg h-e Seg h have ended. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Dastg h-e Seg h is Esfeh n, Maglub, Forub-e Zarbi. I’ve found myself listening to Zang-e Shotor back to back and back many times. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Dastg h-e Seg h. Do-Zarbi-e Seg h is cool work of Tabar, Hassan. Misc is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite.
