Synthetic was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Synthetic and Technology V 2.0 together. This fourteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Synthetic has. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Synthetic energies, virtually a rebirth. This is what good Electronic: Progressive should be.
Once Technology gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Interpolation Factor is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Hyperdrive - I just love it. Some of the arrangements found on Technology V 2.0 are surprisingly edgy. I believe Sonic Image is one of the most marvelous, heartfelt songs ever written. Voice and instruments in Contour complement each other. Synthetic offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Love Is Digital (Extended Version) is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Prophecy is the albums biggest surprise. Linear - Check out that bassline! In Machine Musik (Extended Version) full palet of sound is used by Synthetic to accentuate the presentation. Love Is Digital (Extended Dance Version) - A nice song.
