Stefan Erbe’s debut, ‘The Cosmic Dreamland’, does not fit easily into one genre. On The Cosmic Dreamland album, Stefan Erbe have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. While no new Stefan Erbe album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1994 tour in Asia. If I may, I suggest “Starting With An Artificial Kiss”. That one song is amazing!
I have all of Stefan Erbe’s tracks and The Cosmic Dreamland is probably the most his introspective effort. No Limit is one of these floating songs. Put Blue Planet into car stereo for your highway driving Droids Don’t Dance - My least favorite song on this album. Technique - Okay, I just talked about depth. Opening The Hatch is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Sulphur Moon Over Seaside is one of the best records ever. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in The Cosmic Dreamland. Mysterious Events is outstanding work of Stefan Erbe. Gliding Home - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love.
