On the Canada charts, superstar Sonic Youth With Yamatsuka Eye’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. It’s natural for Sonic Youth With Yamatsuka Eye to take a stab at ‘No II Part 1′ considering her long-professed love for Paul Oakenfold. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Sonic Youth With Yamatsuka Eye’s album TV Shit EP falls to No. 2 with 985,000, a sales slide of 97%. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like TV Shit EP.
This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. No II part 3 is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. No II Part 4 is a marvelous, simple song by Sonic Youth With Yamatsuka Eye at the top of his game.
