While no new Son Seals album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1990 tour in South America. Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Son Seals’s new album to that on ‘Midnight Son’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Midnight Son constantly brilliant.
I was truly moved when I heard No, No Baby. Four Full Seasons Of Love has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Telephone Angel is the song that really did it for me. Don’t Bother Me is a song to enjoy for years to come. On My Knees is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Don’t Fool With My Baby very upbeat. Strung Out Woman can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Son Seals is all about. Going Back Home is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite.
