Now signed to Slowdive’s Sparrow Records, the title track from second album “Just for a Day” leads Slowdive’s back-to-school campaign. Slowdive was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Slowdive and Just for a Day together. Ivan Grach has compared writing for Slowdive’s new album to that on ‘Just for a Day’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Check it every song is worth the money for the Just for a Day CD!
Celia’s Dream - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Catch the Breeze is another strong production from Slowdive. Ballad of Sister Sue one of the best in my collection. I’ve found myself listening to Erik’s Song back to back and back many times. Waves is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Brighter is almost impossible to review. A great put together song. No Slowdive song has come close to capturing my attention as Primal did.
