There is so much to love about Simply Red, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s natural for Simply Red to take a stab at ‘You Make Me Believe’ considering her long-professed love for Godless Cruelty. This is the first studio album from Simply Red since bad diagnosis in 1995. IT makes me wanna dance!
Best song on the album, love it. A great put together song. Opening track Fairground shows the best of Simply Red. Never Never Love was the first single release from the album Life. So Beautiful is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Hillside Avenue is simply cool. Remembering The First Time is nothing but pure genius. Voice of Simply Red in Out On The Range is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. In We’re In This Together it becomes nowhere more obvious that Simply Red has yet to define own style.
