Shankar’s debut, ‘Soul Searcher’, does not fit easily into one genre. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Shankar energies, virtually a rebirth. Shankar was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Shankar and Soul Searcher together. If I may, I suggest “Man Mero Gaj Jehva Meri Kaati”. That one song is amazing!
