John Digester has compared writing for Selena’s new album to that on ‘Quiero…’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. It’s natural for Selena to take a stab at ‘Siempre Estoy Pensando En Ti’ considering her long-professed love for Paul Oakenfold. This album has some very good songs like Siempre Estoy Pensando En Ti and No Debes Jugar. Quiero… is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
There is excellent mix of music in No Debes Jugar. In Yo Me Voy you won’t find any flashy solos. Las Cadenas - a classic song. Que Creias is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Selena. La Llamada is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Tu Robaste Mi Corazyn (Duo con Emilio Navaira) is another strong production from Selena. Quiero is a bit different from Selena stereotypical stuff.
