After debuting at No. 1 last week, Sandra’s album Fading Shades falls to No. 2 with 412,000, a sales slide of 70%. Since Sandra last CD (Fading Shades) on Savoy Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Sandra’s debut, ‘Fading Shades’, does not fit easily into one genre. Exciting stuff.
Overall a nice softer song. Son Of A Time Machine hine - Sandra first major hit. Won’t Run Away - My least favorite song on this album. Tell Me More (3:42) - awsome. Will You Whisper - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Invisible Shelter as a highlight of Fading Shades contains a ton of marvelous melodies. Sandra rocks harder than ever with You Are So Beautiful. I Need Love ‘95 is the albums biggest surprise. This track is full of harmonies and gets Fading Shades off to a relaxing start. After about the third Fading Shades (Part II) listen through, I began to believe this song is Sandra’s essence.
