Since completing 1992’s ‘Don’t Be Aggressive’, Sandra fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. It’s natural for Sandra to take a stab at ‘Don’t Be Aggressive’ considering her long-professed love for East 17. It has been thirteen years Sandra’ last studio CD, “Close To Seven” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. Close To Seven is the best essence of Sandra.
Mirrored In Your Eyes is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Overall a nice softer song. I think No Taboo is the best song Sandra has ever done. Voice and instruments in When The Rain Doesn’t Come complement each other. Steady Me is one of my favorite songs by Sandra. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Seal It Forever is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Love Turns To Pain is exquisite song though, very addictive. Your Way To India - I just love it.
