John Digester has compared writing for Roomful Of Blues’s new album to that on ‘Dance All Night’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Dance All Night.
Only one song from Dance All Night named Walkin’ Slow Behind You really got me. Up The Line - I just love it. I believe That Will Never Do is one of the most amazing, heartfelt songs ever written. A unique and uplifting song. Some of the arrangements found on Dance All Night are surprisingly edgy. Lillie Mae - For me, this is the best of the album. Once you hear I’m Just Your Fool, you will listen to it over and over. I like to sing along with Hey Now, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. The song Cuttin’ In ending is my favorite… so catchy! Come Back Baby pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Back On Front Street is one of the best records ever.
