It has been fourteen years Ron Boots’ last studio CD, “Ghost Of A Mist” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is the first studio album from Ron Boots since bad diagnosis in 1991. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Ron Boots energies, virtually a rebirth. Ghost Of A Mist (Sleepwalk) and In Timeroom Spirits is really good.
In Timeroom Spirits still maintains something of a specific flourish. Ghost Of A Mist is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. No Ron Boots song has come close to capturing my attention as On The Field did. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
