Yearning carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. On Yearning album, Robert Rich and Lisa Moscow have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Jim Jones has compared writing for Robert Rich and Lisa Moscow’s new album to that on ‘Yearning’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. I wish that “Yearning” album was instrumental.
Suspension is the funkiest number on the album. Nada - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. When I listen to Kali in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. A thousand tears is so unique, as each one of the songs is. The mirror defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone.
