Reinhard Mey was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Reinhard Mey and Farben together. This album has some very good songs like Mein Berlin and Kleines Mhen. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Reinhard Mey energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of Reinhard Mey best albums
Reinhard Mey emotions are reflected through Kleines Mhen. Still going through Farben and coming to appreciate Wahlsonntag more and more with every listen. Allein is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. In Lucianos Restaurant - This one is lively and fun. Mein Dorf am Ende der Welt is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Farben have ended. Alle Soldaten wolln nach haus is one of the coolest songs Reinhard Mey has ever recorded. Zwischen allen St is one of the best records ever. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Farben. Die Kinderhosenballade still maintains something of a specific flourish. Golf November marked the continuation of Reinhard Mey in style evolution. When listening to Wir, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable.
