Rancid was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Rancid and Demolition Sessions together. Demolition Sessions carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. ‘Demolition Sessions’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Enjoy the show.
Jimmy&Johnny is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Dopesick Girl is one of the best records ever. Music of Radio Radio Radio is gentle, never overbearing. Just A Feeling very upbeat. Someone’s Gunna Die is a bit different from Rancid stereotypical stuff. Get Demolition Sessions and turn on Ghostdance if you are going to sip your wine late at night. Roots Radicals is one of the coolest songs Rancid has ever recorded. I’ve found myself listening to Sabrina back to back and back many times. Do You Wanna Dance With Me ? is the albums biggest surprise. My Life gets you up and jumping. Voice and instruments in The Way I Feel About You complement each other. End Of The World Tonight is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Rancid emotions are reflected through Disorder & Disarray. Blas’t em is perfect. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Rejected - This one makes me want to not only sing along. I’m Not The Only One is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Adina - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Once Media Controller gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Detriot - Rancid first major hit. This is one hell of a track. Trenches without a doubt is the standout song of Demolition Sessions. Rancid sings Afflicted in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Whirlwind has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right.
