Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Psychic TV on ‘The Loops Of Mystical Union’. It has been fourteen years Psychic TV’ last studio CD, “Themes 2: A Prayer For Derek Jarman” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. After seeing The Loops Of Mystical Union, I had to have a good Psychic TV cd. Themes 2: A Prayer For Derek Jarman is the best essence of Psychic TV.
Elipse Of Flowers is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Themes 2: A Prayer For Derek Jarman. Mylar Breeze (Part 3) is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Rites Of Reversal is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
