‘God Star (The Singles Pt. 2)’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Psychic TV was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Psychic TV and God Star (The Singles Pt. 2) together. There is no doubt that Psychic TV has talent. Psychic TV is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Psychic TV sings Godstar (7” Version) in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Roman P. (Fireball Mix) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Some call Good Vibrations from God Star (The Singles Pt. 2) as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Hex Sex (Voodoo Mix) is simply amazing. Yes Hello (Infinite Hypno Mix) - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Roman P. (Sordide Sentimental Version) is possibly the best song Psychic TV has come up. Neurology - I like this one. Still going through God Star (The Singles Pt. 2) and coming to appreciate Topi Spokesman more and more with every listen. When listening to Godstar (Hyperdelic Mix), it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. I loved Yes It’S The B-Side the first time I heard it. Godstar (Bj Mix) (3:30) - Oh, this is one of my favorites!
