Oscar Tango actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Penguin Cafe Orchestra’s face. Music For A Found Harmonium is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Simple and heartfelt closing track Lifeboat (Lovers’ Rock) closes Concert Program Cd2 on a high note. Steady State is the song that really did it for me. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. I like the agression and power of Giles Farnaby’s Dream. In Salty Bean Fumble Penguin Cafe Orchestra is at his best. Blew our minds when we first heard Red Shorts.
