Manha Do Carnaval is nothing but pure genius. Brazil hits the heart. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. When listening to The Girl From Ipanema, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Just The Way You Are - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. After you’ve listened to Quizas The Quizas Quizas, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. In I Left My Heart In San Francisco it becomes nowhere more obvious that Paul Mauriat has yet to define own style. Love’s Theme is probably the most interesting track on Remember. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Fly Me To The Moon.
