I am not a real Classical music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Fratres’ really is amazing. Part, Arvo was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Part, Arvo and Fratres together. IF YOU LIKE ALL Part, Arvo’S SONG GO FOR IT! It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Fratres (For Violin Strings and Percussion) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Nice and different song. Fratres (For Eight Cellos) has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Summa (For Strings) is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Fratres (For String Quartet) is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Festina Lente (For Strings and Harp Ad Libitum) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Fratres (For Cello and Piano) is perfect.
