It has been twelve years Ol’ Dirty Bastard’ last studio CD, “Return To The 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Return To The 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version is an amazing album, racked with beauty. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Ol’ Dirty Bastard energies, virtually a rebirth. I Love Return To The 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version from start to finish!
I like Dirty Dancin’ feat. Method Man (Bonus Track - CD only) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Put Cuttin’ Headz feat. RZA into car stereo for your highway driving If you are a Ol’ Dirty Bastard fan, you will love Proteck Ya Neck II The Zoo feat. Brooklyn Zu & Sunz Of Man. Brooklyn Zoo II (Tiger Crane) feat. Ghostface Killah - A classic Ol’ Dirty Bastard track. Ol’ Dirty Bastard has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Ol’ Dirty Bastard rocks harder than ever with Goin’ Down. Drunk Game (Sweet Sugar Pie) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. The Stomp is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. There is excellent mix of music in Don’t U Know feat. Killah Priest. Within the first few notes of Damage feat. GZA it’s perfectly clear that Ol’ Dirty Bastard is living this song. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Hippa To Da Hoppa is such a amazing and optimistic song that things can get just better. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Ol’ Dirty Bastard sings his heart out in Baby C’mon. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Intro is the album’s biggest hit, I think.
