Self-described as Ambient with lots of words, O Yuki Conjugate comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. There is so much to love about O Yuki Conjugate, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for O Yuki Conjugate’s new album to that on ‘Equator’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. IF you love O Yuki Conjugate, ‘Equator’ Mp3’s is the best!
Sunchemical is pretty funky and mellow. Gathering Shadows is cool song though, very addictive. As always, O Yuki Conjugate’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Equation is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. One listen to the sheer beauty of Shintone was all I needed. O Yuki Conjugate must have run out of lyrics on the next track Mansoases. Umbra is simply excellent. False Prophet is a bit different from O Yuki Conjugate stereotypical stuff. 200ft Vertical Wall is a very catchy tune. I have all of O Yuki Conjugate’s tracks and Departure is probably the most his introspective effort.
