Jim Jones has compared writing for Nirvana’s new album to that on ‘Tacoma’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. On the Romania charts, superstar Nirvana’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Nirvana had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This album is a scorcher!
Floyd The Barber has a fun tempo. In Love Buzz full palet of sound is used by Nirvana to accentuate the presentation. Dive is amazing song though, very addictive. Scoff hits the heart. I came to like All You Need Is Love. About A Girl makes a person feel astounding. I find myself hearing bits of Big Cheese here and there throughout my waking hours. Music of Molly’s Lips is gentle, never overbearing. Token Eastern Song marked the continuation of Nirvana in style evolution. Although Spank Thru is very melodic it is far from sad. Imodium pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Stain is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Been A Son because the melody in the chorus is so good. I hope to keep hearing Nirvana works for a long time to come. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Negative Creep, which shows, blatantly, how much Nirvana has evolved as a singer. I can’t stop humming along Blew.
