Since Nino Buonocore last CD (Sabato, Domenica e Lunedi) on Columbia Records back in 1990, I have felt a massive void in my life. Nino Buonocore had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Nino Buonocore energies, virtually a rebirth. I Love Sabato, Domenica e Lunedi from start to finish!
I can’t stop playing Scrivimi. In Abitudini you won’t find any flashy solos. Still going through Sabato, Domenica e Lunedi and coming to appreciate La terra dei diamanti more and more with every listen. Once Prima di dormire gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. After few listenings I started to like Sospetto damore more and more. Oi Senorita - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Blu Estate - a classic song. Un breve respiro presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Sabato, Domenica e Lunedi.
