There is so much to love about Neil Young, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Since Neil Young last CD (Mirror Ball) on ForeFront Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. This album has some very good songs like Song X and Act Of Love. Exciting stuff.
A great put together song. I’m The Ocean - To me, this is the best song on the Mirror Ball. Such hits like Big Green Country will leave you hooked. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Truth Be Known is my favorite song on Mirror Ball. Downtown was the first single release from the album Mirror Ball. Neil Young is one of artists that allow his songs like What Happened Yesterday to stand on their own and be heard. I like the idea behind Peace and Love. Throw Your Hatred Down is probably the most interesting track on Mirror Ball. Scenery motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Neil Young.
