There is no doubt that Mychael Danna and Tim Clement has talent. On the Malaysia charts, superstar Mychael Danna and Tim Clement’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Since Mychael Danna and Tim Clement last CD (North Of Niagara) on ForeFront Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Mychael Danna and Tim Clement “North Of Niagara” is an amazing album.
Ravensview which is my favorite is a truly Mychael Danna and Tim Clement sounding song. Remember Summer is a great opener for North Of Niagara. Old Mail Road had me crying as I was able to relate so well. In Mount Nemo it becomes nowhere more obvious that Mychael Danna and Tim Clement has yet to define own style. Silent Lake is so unique, as each one of the songs is. The sound of Avening is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Crook’s Hollow is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Headwater Trail - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Green River Formation is a medium tempo tune. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion.
