When you buy a Muslimgauze album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Muslimgauze was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Muslimgauze and Blue Mosque CD1 together. Now signed to Muslimgauze’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Blue Mosque CD1″ leads Muslimgauze’s back-to-school campaign. This album is awesome.
This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Muslimgauze. Bir Zeit is one of the best records ever. Rattan Kiss is probably the highlight of the album. After few listenings I started to like Bitter Citrus more and more. Muslimgauze emotions are reflected through Qiblah. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Futile Arad Search. Some of the arrangements found on Blue Mosque CD1 are surprisingly edgy. Fadhaa - Well, here we get a bit more meaning.
