Dastgah Chahargah carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Mohammad Reza Shajarian was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Mohammad Reza Shajarian and Dastgah Chahargah together. After seeing Moqaddameh (Overture): Tchekad, I had to have a good Mohammad Reza Shajarian cd. This is what good Ethnic should be.
One listen to the sheer beauty of Awaz, Based On A Poem Of Sa’di was all I needed. When I listen to ‘Doktharake Julideh’ (Instrumental) in my car when traffic ain’t going so good.
