This is one of the best Cd’s M.O.D. has dropped to date. For older fans Devolution will put a massive smile accross your face. It has been fourteen years M.O.D.’ last studio CD, “Devolution” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Devolution motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. I’ve found myself listening to Repent back to back and back many times. The Angry Man is exquisite and different song. I like to sing along with Resist, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Crash N’ Burn is the song that really did it for me. Super Touch is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. M.O.D. is one of artists that allow his songs like Rock Tonite to stand on their own and be heard. Behind great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Running is really a nice song to relax and listen too. After you’ve listened to Time Bomb, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. I have all of M.O.D.’s tracks and Track13 is probably the most his introspective effort.
